Meet George McLaughlin

A native son of Wisconsin, George spent the first half of his life in Milwaukee, WI before attending UW-Madison and making Madison his chosen home. A self-described "super-generalist", George brings a unique mix of competence and creativity to his endeavors.

Professionally, George played an integral part in the growth of two successful Madison startups serving as employee #3 at BlueTree Network and employee #6 at Redox. He has built core operational processes, led teams, and managed multimillion dollar budgets.

Beyond his high-growth tech startup experience, George is a proud former employee of Madison icons Batch Bakehouse, Context Clothing, and a founding member of the coworkign space, 100State.

In Real Estate, George combines his entrepreneurial spirit and experience in tech and service to provide sellers and buyers with a dynamic agent that isn't afraid to roll up his sleeves and do whatever it takes to deliver superior results.

George lives on Madison's west side with his wife, Julia Zehel, daughter Violet, and two ragdoll cats. When not working, you can find him on his bike enjoying all Madison has to offer.
